2 /25.09.2012 Mr. V. Shivnath, learned senior Advocate, while referring to Annexure
16, Order of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, submits that the identical
question of law is pending for disposal before the Andhra Pradesh High Court
as well, wherein Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted interim directions to
suspend the impugned proceedings against the petitioners.
Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.
Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within four weeks thereafter.
Mr. V. Shivnath, learned senior Advocate further submits that the
petitioners are still working and have not been removed as yet.
If the petitioners are still working, as stated by learned senior Advocate,
their individual cases shall be considered separately, for the purpose of
ascertaining their contribution and desirability for continuing further.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the
parties, on payment of usual charges.
